We are currently recruiting a Graduate Engineer – Analysis to join the Engineering department at our headquarters in Shoreham-By-Sea.


  • Working within the Analysis section of the Engineering Team, analyse the various forms of data relating to Cox products to provide insight into their operation and provide suggestions how to improve the design/manufacture/after sales support as appropriate
  • Work alongside designers, systems engineers, after sales engineers and more to produce project deliverables
  • Where required develop new techniques for analysing data, with help from the rest of the Analysis section
  • Where necessary, work on tasks outside of the Analysis remit to help the overall delivery of the Engineering team


  • Undertake tasks and complete to agreed standards and timescales
  • Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders, external and internal etc.
  • Provide reports (both written and verbal) into the business of work undertaken with particular focus on how to use the conclusions to guide design decisions
  • Develop processes within the Analysis section to improve the way that the team as a whole works

  • Masters level degree in an Engineering/Science/Mathematical discipline
  • Some demonstrable analytical skills developed during their university career


  • A working knowledge of internal combustion engines and watercraft
  • Practical work experience in an engineering environment
