{"id":19407,"date":"2024-12-10T08:45:00","date_gmt":"2024-12-10T08:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coxmarine.web2-molokini.temporarywebsiteaddress.com\/staging\/cox-marine-hosts-two-day-conference-for-key-distribution-partner\/"},"modified":"2025-05-06T16:58:41","modified_gmt":"2025-05-06T15:58:41","slug":"cox-marine-hosts-two-day-conference-for-key-distribution-partner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coxmarine.com\/mena\/news\/cox-marine-hosts-two-day-conference-for-key-distribution-partner\/","title":{"rendered":"Cox Marine Hosts Two-Day Conference For Key Distribution Partner"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Shoreham-by-Sea, UK \u2013 10 December 2024<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Last month, Cox Marine\u2019s highly regarded distribution partner, Singapore-based Tractors Machinery International (TMI), visited their Shoreham-by-Sea headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>Accompanied by two of their dealers, the eleven-strong delegation included representatives from Hexagon Distributing Corporation, TMI\u2019s dealer for the Philippines, and Century Company Ltd, their dealer for Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of the two-day conference, hosted by Cox Marine\u2019s Regional Director for APAC &amp; ME, Ian Hubbard, and Commercial Operations Director, Gemma Crocker, the team met with members from across the organisation to further their knowledge of both the history and future of the business and brand \u2013 in product development, marketing, and business ambition.<\/p>\n<p>This visit provided the opportunity for commercial discussions and learnings and involved technical training sessions hosted by subject matter experts from Cox Marine\u2019s Aftersales department.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-17027\" src=\"https:\/\/coxmarine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG_8648-300x200-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"341\" height=\"227\"><\/p>\n<p>Technical members of the delegation, joined by technical personnel from the Australia-based distributor for Cox Marine, PE Outboards, undertook advanced product training for the new Cox Marine 350 V8 diesel outboard \u2013 the world\u2019s most powerful diesel outboard \u2013 as well as an intensive training course on rigging and installation of Cox Marine outboards and equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst the technical team furthered their knowledge of the product, the rest of the delegation shared the latest updates from their local territories, including anecdotes of their latest multi-vessel fleet installations \u2013 many of which support the security and defence of several regional municipalities and countries.<\/p>\n<p>Ian Hubbard said, \u201cThe APAC region is a key market for Cox Marine, and our partnership with Singapore-based distributor TMI and its dealers is crucial to our success. This visit is an opportunity to reinforce our commitment to the region and explore new avenues for growth, as well as a chance for the Cox Marine team and the visiting delegation to learn from one another.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sean Ang, General Manager at Tractors Machinery International, added, \u201cCox Marine products have a strong value proposition, and we continue to see opportunities for growth in our territory. This insightful visit to the UK factory allows us to understand the products further and better serve our dealers and customers.
